- Abstract
The article focuses on the study concerning the metabolism of 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) and Terbucarb in isolated rat hepatocytes. It mentions that hepatocytes were isolated by collagenase perfusion of liver while initial cell viability was assessed by Trypan blue exclusion. Moreover, the major route of Terbucarb metabolism in in isolated rat hepatocytes was hydroxylation of the 4- methyl group.
