We report a case of severe dermatitis where allergic contact dermatitis was diagnosed through "virtual" patch testing. An extended European patch test series was sent to the patient, whose partner applied the patches using allergens and IQ Chambers from Chemotechnique Diagnostics (Vellinge, Sweden).
