- Abstract
The article discusses the use of graphene as replacement of commonly used epitaxy substrates including sapphire, zinc oxide and silicon carbide in controlled crystallization of target materials. Graphene is noted to have a well-ordered hexagonal structure, high mechanical and thermal stability, and electron transport which are suitable for electrocatalyst and heat passivation.
