- Abstract
This article presents a critical analysis of the judicialization of childhood and adolescence underlying in the school coexistence protocols and in the law on school violence 20.536. Through these practices, ways of understanding and intervening in the educational field are consolidated, as well as with each of the agents that make up the educational community. In the first part of the article, the relationship between school coexistence, understood as an institutional organism serving the regulation of school interaction, its theoretical and legal foundations are analyzed. In the second part of the article, the relationship between school coexistence protocols and school subjectivity is stressed, allowing for the establishment of naturalistic-objectivist listening that fragments the student's traumatic discourse to fit into the necessary steps of the protocol. Finally, it is hypothesized that the absence of a listening that supports subjective discomfort within the educational space leads to psychological suffering being expressed through the body.
