- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 11-year-old boy with excessive sweating, pain in the abdomen and dyspnoea on exertion who was taken to the hospital because of von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) type 2 syndrome. He was diagnosis with left ventricular hypertrophy after echocardiogram. He was given anaesthesia which maintain oxygen and air in nitroglycerin. Dexmedetomidine based anaesthesia was given along with receptor blockade which reduced use of receptor blockade for phaeochromocytoma.
