- Title
Defining the Pathways Underlying the Prolonged PR Interval in Atrioventricular Conduction Disease.
- Authors
Curran, Jerry; Mohler, Peter J.
- Abstract
The author comments on a study which found evidence of the correlation between the increased expression of the Tnni3k gene that encodes troponin 1-interacting kinase 3 and increased PR interval in atrioventricular conduction disease. Topics covered include PR interval variability and in vivo functional studies using mice overexpressing human troponin I-interacting kinase 3.
