- Abstract
The article focuses on a study regarding the purification and molecular analysis of a monoamine oxidase enzyme isolated from Narcissus tazetta, a perennial ornamental plant. It mentions the procedure where the purification and molecular mass of the enzyme was determined by the native polyacrylamide gel electropboresis (PAGE) and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) respectively. It states that there is no relation between the N-terminal residues of isolated protein bands.
