- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 13-year-old boy with heart murmur who was referred for cardiac evaluation. It states that the patients had good health but has a history of recurrent pulmonary infection. The patient undergone several examinations including chest radiography, transthoracic echocardiography, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). It adds that the patient was recommended to have surgical correction because of pressure overload and enlarged right ventricular volume.
