- Abstract
Presents a procedure for the experimental determination of parameters which describe a nerve cell model. Effect of applying a very brief pulse of current across the membrane of a nerve cell via a microelectrode on the resulting voltage transient; Method devised for obtaining the time constant of the membrane from the experimental transient; Procedure for determining whether or not the termination of the dendritic cable is sealed end.
