- Abstract
This document summarizes a study that investigated the use of blinatumomab as a maintenance therapy for patients with B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). The study found that blinatumomab maintenance therapy was effective and safe, with minimal adverse events. Patients who received blinatumomab maintenance therapy showed sustained minimal residual disease remission, indicating a positive response to immunotherapy. However, the study had limitations, and further research is needed to confirm these findings.
