- Abstract
This paper addresses aspects of the use of exercises and preparatory games from volleyball for the development of motor skills for pupils aged 9-10 years. There are two directions of study in the paper: 1) In the main direction are proposed structures of exercises and preparatory games from volleyball and it is appreciated which forms of manifestation of the motoring skills according to the school curricula of physical education at the age of 9-10 years (third grades and (a) are recovered. This identification also applies to the formation of fundamental / specific driving habits. 2) The secondary study direction aims to observe to what extent subjects who have acquired specific competences with exercise systems and exercises in volleyball, respectively experimental groups have developed their motor capacity compared to the control groups. For the analysis, a test motor skills battery was applied to all groups, witness and experimentally to assess the level of motor capacity development when operating with different drive systems. The secondary direction has two variants of analysis and interpretation. The comparison was performed with statistical techniques using the SPSS version 21 application. 2.a) In the first analysis and interpretation of the paper there are ten comparative cases. In summary, we only exemplify case no. 1, arbitrarily chosen. 2.b) The second variant of analysis and interpretation has in the paper 20 comparative histograms (10 cases). In summary, we arbitrarily interpret case no. 10 and the two indices for each histogram: average and standard deviation.
