- Abstract
The article presents a study on the evaluation of the transcription of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (T-ALL) oncogenes during the normal development of human thymocyte. It say that the transcriptional programme was evaluated through a real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RQ-PCR). Furthermore, it mentions that the usage of normal human thymocyte subsets to identify the oncogene expression in T-ALL is important for the proper interpretation of T-ALL oncogene expression.
