- Abstract
To study the effect of different processing methods on the chemical constituents of the essential oil from radix pseudostellariae (RP). The essential oils from lip with dry in the oven and the sun were extracted by diethyl ether-stream distillation, respectively. The chemical components were analysis by means of GC-MS-DS and GC-RI. The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization. The results showed that the yields of essential oils from RP with dry in the oven and the sun were 0.28% and 0.13%, respectively. Nine chemical structures were identified in RP with the oven dry. Phthalic acid di-n-butyl ester was the highest relative content (87.19%) among these chemicals. Fifteen chemical structures in RP with the sun dry and 2,6-bis (1,1- dimethylethyl)-4-methyl-phenol with the highest relative content (77.34%) were carried out. Both of the yields and the chemical constituents of the essential oils from RP between dry in the oven and the sun were significant difference.
