- Abstract
DVM-1L is prepared from the DVM-1 through liposomal-encapsulation protocol. gl The B DVM-1 b was prepared via condensation reaction between (6-(dimethylamino)-3-(methoxymethylether)-2-naphthaldehyde12 and 2-(2,6-dimethyl-4 I H i -pyran-4-ylidene)-malononitrile in the presence of piperidine and acetic acid (Scheme S1). (c) A photo for DVM-1 (10 M) in various solvents under UV light (365 nm). gl The maximum absorption and emission wavelength range of B DVM-1 b is displayed at the 400-550 nm and 550-750 nm, respectively. Through the solvent evaporation under ultrasonication, B DVM-1 b was encapsulated within the F127 liposome ( B DVM-1 L b ) (see the detail methods in Supporting Information) (Figure 3(a) and S4).
