- Abstract
The article illustrates the assessment on the attitudes and use of model-based instruction (MBI) by the students teachers who have completed the physical education teacher education (PETE) program within previous years. It discusses the study conducted to examine the degree to which induction teachers implemented model-based instruction in their teaching, and the influence of change agents on MBI implementation. It demonstrates the findings which indicate that certain change agents and agencies influence induction teachers' progress to the stages of innovation adoption.
