- Abstract
The article offers information on the history, purpose and significance of the tortious interference state law of Florida in addressing the impacts of the use of steroids and other Performance Enhancing Substances (PES) by the players of the Major League Baseball (MLB) with reference to the decision of Office of Commissioner of Baseball v. BioGenesis of America. It analyzes the effectiveness of the Bay Area Laboratory Cooperative (BALCO) scandal and U.S. Senator George Mitchell's PES reports.
