- Title
A confidence interval for the difference between two reaction indices.
- Authors
Kuss, Oliver; Dickel, Heinrich
- Abstract
The article presents a study on the use of confidence interval (CI) to assess sample variability of reaction index (RI) in the evaluation of patch test preparations of allergens. It states that the researchers consider two groups of patch tests to measure the difference of their RI. It conclude that the CI assessment proposed does not necessarily fulfilled the assumption for independent observation and that the CI is asymptomatically valid.
