- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 67-year old White woman with pruritic annular erythematous plaques with central hypopigmentation on the forearms, dorsal aspect of the hands, neck and fingers diagnosed as annular elastolytic granuloma (AEG). The patient was treated with oral hydroxychloroquine. Among the pathologies considered in the diagnosis of AEG are tinea corporis, annular lichen planus, erythema annulare centrifugum and necrobiosis lipoidica.
