- Title
UK warned on corruption laws.
- Abstract
The article reports on the concern of the Working Group on Bribery of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on the failure of the British government to strictly implement its anti-bribery laws with its international obligations. The OECD group's chair Mark Pieth has called for the rapid introduction of new legislation to correct this failure. However, the group also gave positive feedbacks on some of the government's initiatives to fight against foreign bribery.
