A letter to the editor is presented which discusses the case of a 49-year-old woman who was given high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) monotherapy for drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DIHS), also called drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS).
