- Abstract
The article reports on the study regarding the survival of patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN). It states that immunohistochemistry (IHC) of archival tissue was presented in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). As a result, it is suggested that the research reviewing the localization of EGFR and E-cadherin (E-cad) may have clinical relevance in forecasting lymph node metastasis, patient endurance and response EGFR-targeted therapy in patient with SCCHN.
