- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old woman diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) at the age of 22. At the age of 36, she was found to have developed petechiae and hematomas in her abdomen and lower extremities. Meanwhile, radiographs of her right leg showed multiple small soft tissue calcifications and the ossification process seemed to be progressive.
