- Abstract
Reports a distinct metal-insulator transition and metallic levels of conductivity in a conjugated polymer field-effect transistor. Formation of relatively well ordered films by the solution-cast regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene), that yield a high charge carrier mobility at room temperature; Superconductivity of the film at a certain temperature and carrier density; Feasability of tuning the electrical properties of conjugated polymers from insulating to superconducting, which the study demonstrates.
