- Abstract
The article presents information a 76-year-old woman with liver cirrhosis due to hepatitis C virus infection developed melena and underwent emergency endoscopy. The patient was treated with heparin to prevent secondary thrombus. It is stated that the incidental occurrence of Histoacryl glue should be remembered as a serious complication.
