- Abstract
The article offers the authors insights on Ryan and Ford's article relative to organizational psychology in professional identity of human resources executives. The authors note that industrial-organizational (I-O) psychologists are significant in professional identity. The authors believe that the article highlights organizational psychology's central, enduring, and distinctive (CED) attributes. The authors examine the things needed by the programs which produce organizational psychologists.
