- Abstract
The article describes a case study of shifting atrial activation patterns during narrow complex tachycardia (NCT) in a 53-year-old woman with a normal heart. Topics mentioned include the outcomes of the termination of orthodromic atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia by His-refractory premature ventricular complex from the left ventricle, and the effect of the occurrence of mitral isthmus conduction delay on the success of ablation to treat NCT.
