- Abstract
The article is a case study of a 60-year-old woman with a narrow QRS complex tachycardia who was referred for catheter ablation. The mechanism for changing the cycle length in atrial tachycardia with altered atrial activation sequences within the coronary sinus is discussed. An electrical conduction block during radiofrequency application is noted.
