- Abstract
This document is a comment on a study published in the British Journal of Dermatology regarding the impact of dupilumab treatment on sleep in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD). The authors of the comment note that while the study found subjective improvement in sleep parameters with dupilumab treatment, objective measures of sleep did not show the same improvement. They suggest that this discrepancy may be due to different dimensions of sleep being captured by subjective and objective measures. The authors also discuss the potential implications of chronic sleep impairment and suggest future studies to further investigate objective sleep quality in patients with AD.
