- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 58-year-old postal executive diagnosed of having azathioprine hypersensitivity. The postal executive has a history of seropsitive arthritis wherein he had been treated with indomethacin and phenylbutazone for about two years. Several months later, squamous cell carcinoma was found on the right upper lobe bronchus of the patient.
