Unexpectedly, the postoperative pathology identified that the "stone" was carcinosarcoma, containing both tubular adenocarcinoma and spindle cell sarcoma (Fig. A ERCP revealed a filling defect (black arrow) in the distal common bile duct, a balloon (white arrow), and a thick pedicle that connected the filling defect with the bile duct wall.
