The article presents a case study of a patient with chronic kidney disease who developed cerebellitis as a result of isoniazid-induced neurotoxicity during antitubercular therapy. It emphasizes the rare occurrence of cerebellar involvement, typically manifested by slurred speech and gait instability, and highlights the diagnostic process involving imaging and cerebrospinal fluid analysis.
