- Abstract
Patients bearing ICD-10-CM code L43 (excluding L43.2: Lichenoid drug reaction) and/or SNOMED 4776004 were considered to have LP, while those with ICD-10-CM code H20 and/or SNOMED 128473001 (excluding 410,477,000: Infective uveitis) were considered to have uveitis. LP patients were more likely to have uveitis (2.9% vs 1.1%) and all autoimmune diseases (Table 1). Lichen planus (LP) is an inflammatory disease that can affect the skin and/or mucous membranes.
