- Abstract
The article presents U.S. legal developments relative to marketing and commercial legislation. The United States v. Ray C. Broce and Broce Construction Co., Inc. case is cited. The case discussed the issue of multiple pleas of conspiracy and the laws pertaining to double jeopardy. The defendants in the case pleaded guilty to multiple charges of conspiracy and waived their right to trial, per the advice of their attorney. The court found that the actions were not part of an overall conspiracy and found the defendants guilty on two separate counts.
