- Abstract
The article presents legal developments in marketing, specifically procedural and miscellaneous developments. Several cases including "Federal Trade Commission v. Paul C. Guignon and John H. Pahlman," and "Richland Wholesale Liquors, Inc. v. Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc., Browne-Vintners Co., Inc., and Ben Arnold Co., Inc." are discussed, involving a restriction of conditions under which firms must make documents available for use as evidence. The case "American Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Co., et al. v. American Broadcasting-Paramount Theatres, Inc.," is also discussed, involving breach of contract charges and sales tie-ins.
