- Abstract
The aim of the study is to determine the mediating role of perceived organizational justice in the impact of servant leadership on work engagement. The indirect and direct effects between the 3 variables were analyzed with the mediation effect analysis in the structural equation model with the data obtained from 389 participants, consisting of non-managers in the service sector. According to the findings of the research, it was observed that servant leadership significantly and positively affected employees' work engagement and organizational justice. It was concluded that organizational justice affected work engagement significantly and positively. It has been determined that perceived organizational justice has a full mediating effect on the relationship of servant leadership with work engagement; the direct relationship between the quality of servant leadership practice and work engagement behavior will be explained better through perceived organizational justice.
