- Abstract
MicroRNAs are single stranded, non-coding, 19-25 nucleotide molecules which regulate messenger RNA stability and transcription. Whilst exploring microRNA targets may help further understand EP pathophysiology, there is potential to use microRNAs as predictive and diagnostic markers in early pregnancy.
