- Abstract
The article comments on thermoelectric properties of deposited semiconductor thin films and their properties. The high a value for a sensor and the low resistivity for an instrument which needs a relatively large power are required, furthermore, thermal conductivity and other factors must be considered when it is used as a power source for an electronic circuit. Infrared radiation is ussd for temperature measurement and laser power detection. Radiation power is manured through a change in emf or in resistivity of a semiconductor, which is caused by a change in the carrier concentration, or through its thermal energy which appears as emf.
