- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old man presented to the emergency department with mild chest pain. He underwent chest X-ray which revealed two round structures that were initially intrepreted as calcified nodules. Another test found an extensive collateral circulation, which was one of the reasons for the low pressure gradient. He was diagnosed with aortic coarctation.
