- Abstract
The article discusses a study on rejuvenating procholinergic treatment for cognition for patients with Alzheimer's Disease (AD). The study examines the psychopharmacological approaches in treating cholinergic system and development of cholinergic mediation of patient's cognitive learning. The study also focuses on the development of drug treatment such as cholinergic receptor subtype-specific agonists, choline transporter (CHT) and neurotrophin-based therapeutics.
