- Abstract
The article presents a study that measured the reliability and validity of developing job satisfaction scale for Turkish academicians. Research had been enforced by two study groups such as the study group consisting of 460 academicians working at state universities and the 170 academicians working at state universities in Ankara, Turkey. The Minnesota Satisfaction Scale (MSS) was used as an advance process of Job Satisfaction Scale For Academicians as well as a test form of scale. Findings showed that the level of reliability and validity of the scale was at enough level.
