- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 38-year-old male patient who was hospitalized because of a two-month history of cough, fever, and axillary and inguinal lymph node swelling. His physical examination shows the presence of multiple axillary and inguinal lymphadenopathies and hematomegaly. The patient's abdominal ultrasound reveals minimal abdominal fluid. The article discusses a rare case of the plasma cell type of multicentric Castleman's disease with glomerulonephritis.
