- Abstract
The article discusses research which analyzed microbial community diversity and physicochemical factors in Wuliangye pit mud of different ages based on Illumina MiSeq/NovaSeq high-throughput sequencing. The study describes the physicochemical properties of two batches of pit mud samples including pH value and content levels of ammonium nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium humic acid. It examined the microbial structure, species diversity and fungal composition of the pit mud community.
