- Abstract
The article focuses on the acceptance and authenticity of audio surveillance technology in criminal trials. According to the article there has been wide increase in the court cases related to the voice comparison and identification evidence, based on audio surveillance technology. Further article provides information, related to two court cases in which the jury members were invited to identify and compare voices speaking across two different languages.
