- Abstract
The article describes a gallium arsenide (GaAs) PIN limiter-low noise amplifier (LNA) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) with high power handling. Also cited are the increased demand for millimeter wave (mmWave) integrated circuits due to advancements in wireless communication technology, and a comparison of the performance of Schottky diode and PIN diode limiters.
