- Abstract
In the article "Regulating Photocatalytic CO2 Reduction Kinetics through Modification of Surface Coordination Sphere," published in Advanced Functional Materials, Huabin Zhang and co-workers present a method for enhancing the efficiency of CO2 reduction photocatalysts. They achieve this by anchoring isolated Mn species onto the surface of TiO2 nano-pompons. These Mn species possess properties that improve the capture and conversion of CO2, resulting in significantly improved kinetic efficiency. This research contributes to the development of single-atom photocatalysts for CO2 reduction.
