- Abstract
The article discusses the cohort study on the benefit of a healthy diet in treating cardiometabolic disorders. The study reportedly involved thousands of participants who were screened for obesity, metabolic syndrome, and type two diabetes. The results revealed that people who were alerted that they are at risk of developing diabets do not change their behavior if they were not given dietary advice.
