- Abstract
The article describes the case of autoimmune vasculitis in a context of persistent Coxiella burnetii infection in a 73-year-old man. Highlights include mild inflammatory syndrome revealed by blood tests, treatment with doxycycline and hydroxychloroquine for a planned duration of 18 months, and a pauci-immune extracapillary crescentic glomerulonephritis demonstrated by renal biopsy.
