- Abstract
The article discusses a proposed method of unbiased implicit-reference group-wise (IRG) image registration. Topics covered include the application of the proposed method in building a brain white matter fiber tract atlas as well as in resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) connectivity analysis, the ability of the proposed method to jointly estimate transformations, and the construction of fiber tract atlas achieved through registration of a group of diffusion tensor images.
