The article offers information on the Affordable Care Act regarding its slow action towards the eradication of medical bankruptcy in the U.S. It reports that approximately 2.8 to 3.3 million individuals become victim of medical bankruptcy every year in the U.S. It informs that U.S. President Barack Obama issued the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act for citizens of the nation to deal with medical debt.
