- Authors
Daugirdas, John T.
- Abstract
The article presents the author's insights regarding medical misconceptions in hemodialysis. He is critical on the study conducted by J. P. Bhimani and colleagues on the absence of increased dialysate flow effects in dialyzer surface area and relates the use of urea modeling in assessing the adequacy of dialysis.
